Assembly Instructions
General tips and guidance for assembling your foosball table. Always refer to the specific manual included with your table.
Unboxing
- 1.Carefully open the packaging using a box cutter or scissors. Avoid cutting too deep to prevent scratching the table components.
- 2.Lay out all parts and hardware on a clean, flat surface. Compare them against the parts list in your assembly manual.
- 3.Inspect all parts for any shipping damage. If you find damage, take photos and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- 4.Keep the original packaging until assembly is complete. In case you need to return the table, the original packaging is required.
Tools Needed
- 1.Phillips head screwdriver (most tables use Phillips screws for cabinet assembly).
- 2.Allen wrench / hex key set (often included with the table for rod and handle assembly).
- 3.Adjustable wrench or pliers for tightening bolts and leg levelers.
- 4.Rubber mallet for gently tapping parts into place without damaging surfaces.
- 5.Level tool to ensure the playing surface is perfectly flat after assembly.
Step-by-Step Tips
- 1.Start by assembling the cabinet/body of the table. Attach the side panels to the end panels using the provided hardware. Do not fully tighten bolts until all panels are in place.
- 2.Attach the legs and cross-braces. Use the leg levelers to ensure the table is stable and level on your floor surface.
- 3.Install the playing surface if it is separate from the cabinet. Make sure it sits flat and is properly secured.
- 4.Thread the rods through the bearings on the cabinet walls. Attach the player figures in the correct order and orientation as shown in your manual.
- 5.Install the handles and rubber bumpers on the rod ends. Ensure all handles are tight and the bumpers prevent the rods from sliding too far.
- 6.Attach the scoring units, ball return, and any remaining accessories. Place the ball on the field and test all rods for smooth movement.
Maintenance Tips
- 1.Regularly clean the playing surface with a damp cloth to remove dust and debris. Avoid harsh chemicals that could damage the surface.
- 2.Apply silicone lubricant to the rods periodically for smooth, fast gameplay. Wipe off excess lubricant to prevent staining.
- 3.Check and tighten all bolts and screws every few months, especially if the table sees heavy use. Loose hardware can affect play quality.
- 4.For outdoor tables, use a weatherproof cover when not in use to protect against rain, sun damage, and dirt accumulation.
